“Atul Auto Ltd. declares 50% dividend & Bonus Issue.
Atul Auto Ltd has informed BSE that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on May 12, 2012, inter alia, has recommended, subject to approval of Members at the ensuing Annual General Meeting, final dividend @ Rs. 5/- per share or 50% on paid up share capital of the Company.
The Board has also recommended, subject to approval of Members in the ensuing Annual General Meeting, the issue & allotment of bonus shares in ratio of One equity share for every Two shares held in the Company.”
