The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 06, 2012, has allotted 36,57,200 (Thirty Six Lacs Fifty Seven Thousands Two Hundred) equity shares of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each aggregating to Rs.3,65,72,000 (Rupees Three Crores Sixty Five Lacs Seventy Two Thousands Only) as Bonus Shares credited as fully paid up, to all Members of the Company, holding equity shares of Rs. 10/- each of the Company in ratio of one new fully paid up equity share of Rs. 10/- each for every two equity shares held on Book Closure date (i.e. July 05, 2012).
